State vs. Martin
Client was stopped by a police officer for a stop violation.
The officer detected alcohol on client's breath and performed one field sobriety test focusing on the eyes. (HGN)
After performing the test, the client refused all other tests, including the Intoxoilizer or breath test.
At trial, the Judge ruled that there was not enought evidence for a conviction for DUI; And the case was dismissed.
State vs. Campbell
The client was stopped for an expired registration. The police officer conducted several field sobriety tests after detecting alcohol on the client's breath. The one legged stand, walk and turn and HGN tests were completed during the stop. The client admitted to drinking one alcoholic drink. After the arrest, the client blew a .08 on the breathalyzer.
During trial the Judge granted a Motion to Dismiss for lack of probable cause for the arrest.

Details of Accident: Client was injured on the jobsite when a steel beam was knocked into his foot by a fork lift. He suffered severe foot injury and was compensated under Workers Compensation law, including money for future foot surgery and TTD Benefits.
